Easy Vegan - Lentils and Quinoa

Greetings Fam Bam!

I have finally decided to begin my weight loss journey. I have researched some easy healthy meals that are low calorie. One dinner that was a hit with the family was this easy vegan meal of lentils and quinoa. I added a little fresh tomato and avocado, and voila!
